TERMS OF SERVICE

THESE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING

—GENERAL:

  • Posting the artwork on any social media is okay as long as I am credited as the artist.

  • If using a live2d model created by me, please credit me as the rigger/illustrator where applicable (twitter bio/ twitch credits).

  • Selling physical merchandise of my art is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not copy, trace, or claim any of my artwork as your own.

  • You may not edit or otherwise modify my art, even if commissioned.

  • I may use your artwork as example work in my portfolio unless specifically requested not to.

  • I may also stream my workflow of creating the illustration or model unless specifically requested not to.

  • Photo references are required.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

—TIME FRAME:

  • The expected turnaround time is about 4 to 6 weeks for most projects.

  • Vtuber rigging commissions will have a longer turnaround time based on the art that will be discussed prior to payment.

  • Art is not full-time for me, so I will not be able to provide new updates everyday.

  • Rush fees can be discussed if the artwork must be completed in a shorter time frame.

—PAYMENT:

  • All prices shown here are in USD.

  • Full payment is required before I begin your commission, unless a payment plan is previously discussed.

  • For commissions of $400+ or with a large turnaround time, a payment plan can be discussed to instead opt for weekly payments.

  • Payment will be through Paypal invoice or Kofi.

—REVISIONS:

  • All revisions to your artwork must be made during the sketch phase.

  • Any revisions made after the rendering process has begun will incur an extra fee depending on the complexity of the revision.

—REFUNDS:

  • Cancelling a commission is only possible if I have not started work on it yet.

  • Client must cover any potential processing fees.
